Just an update, I took the $40 a few days ago and just called it a day. Not worth it trying to risk it any furthur.

Neither of us have left feedback yet, Im gonna wait until the last like 5 possible minutes to neg him before I can no longer leave it. Has anyone ever done this before? And also isnt it exactly 2 months after the auction is over from its end?

I always thought it was 3 months as well, although auctions I won seem to disappear from "My eBay" after 2 months, so maybe they changed it.

They do because those are only for 60 days. But if you go the place you leave feedback your auctions for the last 90 days will be there.
