If I was in the car he would have been under the car after the second hit.  I can take damage to the metalwork or the car, but as soon as he tried to swing that hammer into the passenger cabin, he's toast.

Edit: And I wouldn't have stayed there.  I would have driven to the nearest police station to report the crime.  No reason to stick around and get shot.

It's not about the property.  Who knew where he was going to stop? He could have intended to severely injure or kill every person in that car.

really its fucked up as theres some bastard filming it so it was all set up anyway they just picked a soft target and went for it, shame really it wasn't some one with a gun that would teach the fucker to hit cars.

Its easy to say you would run over them but when its happening all you can think about is runaway

I disagree. Much of the time I'm thinking about injuring the people I'm looking at anyways, so to actually do it wouldn't be so big a deal.
