If this game has Snake in it I'll buy it.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl has Snake.

I was serious when I said I've been searching for Guilty Gear X2. I want that game so bad.

I have the one for Xbox.
It is pretty good.

Here's some of the latest info from IGN:

http://xbox.ign.com/articles/732/732627p1.html

The kart game alone looks hilarious!

Also, good news that they're going to do a MK game for next gen systems!

Yea armageddon was supposed to only be available on PS2 and Xbox but it was later announced that a Wii version was in the works.

Originally Ed Boon said something like "they would end the old franchise on the old consoles".
Liar.

Also the PS2 version is getting a Limited Edition version so i may end up swapping my reserve from the Xbox to the PS2 LE one.

Still have to think a bit about it.
Since i will probably be able to pick it up in a few months after release on eBay for like 30 bucks anyways....

So, no Motaro?

The *only* MK I really liked was Trilogy. Anyone have a copy for the Saturn for sale?

Yea. It kind of pisses me off that the MK franchise doesn't hold it's value long after its release. When I bought MK:Deception at release, I was upset to see it drop to $29.99 only a few months later.  It's value drops at the rate of a sports title!

So while I'm looking forward to Armageddon, I'm not going to get it day 1.

I am getting it day 1.

Its only a 40$ release.

I will hold out for the "LE" version though.

If i am lucky it will turn out like the Deception Limited Editions. Some of those are harder to come by than others but still not that uncommon.

Yea Raiden is hard to get.
My copy is incomplete, even though the seller told me it had the outter case and metal card and what not.

The Armageddon limited edition is going to be a Game Crazy exclusive.

This does look pretty cool. I'll have to check it out.

Wasn't there just one Killer Instinct game? If so that doesn't make a franchise just a game.  Wink
There are 2 Killer Instinct games, 3 if you count KI Gold, but I'm pretty sure it's identical to KI2.
And while MK has always been more popular, KI has much more depth. I've always felt it to be a far superior game. It's funky how it bombed as badly as it did.

Isnt saying "Best Mortal Kombat ever" kind of like saying "Best Star Wars prequel ever!" or "Less painful way to die!"?
