Agreed, that's the brand I normally jump on, with the odd Korean brand here or there.

Agreed, that's the brand I normally jump on, with the odd Korean brand here or there.

The best I tasted is Nong Shim (the noodle quality being my main focus).  How does Mi Goreng compare to Nong Shim?

I remember those from when I was a kid. The packaging has changed, but the ice cream part looks identical to what I remember.


Just had some groundhog liver and heart. I was just going to take off the legs like I normally do, but decided to grill these up on my new grill just to try. I put them in some foil with butter and Mrs. Dash. They actually came out really good. I don't even like liver, but this was pretty good, tasted like steak, just didn't have the same texture.

Too many pickles and banana peppers not enough chicken and onions. Was still pretty tasty though.

Made a big ol' steak and potato stew last night. Considering I didn't follow a recipe, or have many of the things I normally put in a stew, it turned out very good.
