My wife and I took our daughter to see Ice Age 2 today and the theatre has a small arcade. I walked in and was surprised to see:

House of the Dead 4!!

I remember reading something about this some months back. If I recall correctly the article was not sure this game would see the states.

Of course I had to try it. It's basically just more of the same with improved graphics. There were a couple of added twists. The zombies can now grab you. When this happens you have to shake the gun to get free. There was also an extra button on the gun that let you switch to grenades that you could toss. No more pointing off screen to reload either, just give the gun a quick shake.

It wasn't bad. Anyone else played this game?

No I havent but I just might go to an arcade for the first time in years just to play it.

Sounds like it would be a good game for the Revolution with shaking the controller and all.

I liked pointing off screen.
But a gun shake is more effective.

This sounds more Revolution that 360.
Just think of how that guncon was functioning and how the revolution remote is supposed to function Wink
