Since I am at work, I can assure you that I did not drink enough to get hungover, and I did that purposefully so that today would not suck. Too bad my allergies are really screwing with my right eye.

I'm glad that Europe is much more liberal with that...in Belgium a few years back drinking age was only 16 for any alcoholic drink (with little attention paid to people slightly below the age of 16!  Now it';s 16 for light beverages and 18 for hard liqour...still not too bad.
