I seem to be the only one who knows how to use it.

The game kicks ass.

I love the super huge mode.

I also picked this game up, and man it is freaking great.  I love the new stuff, the mini, and mega mushrooms, and the blue shell is sweet to.  This is going to be a classic not question.  Maybe the best title on the DS to date.

I like the springboards that launch you high and make you spin as you launch.

I really like all the additions.  Except the minigames are pretty lame.  They should have trashed the minigames and added another world instead.

I loves it a LOT. If you ever read my intro on the staff page you'd understand exactly why this is one of the greatest games ever to me.

So is anyone else going for all of the star coins? I actually go back and do a level over if I can't find one. I like the Whac-A-Mole clone mini-game a lot. My current high score on it is 71.

Yeah, you need all the star coins to win 100%.

My favorite minigame is the Where's Waldo one, but my high score is only 21 or so.

The minigames are exactly the same as Mario 64 DS except for 3 which are new...

Now the multiplayer minigames, that's where this game shines. It adds a TON of new minigames, like ones where you go at each other at the same time. Plus the Mario vs. Luigi mode is amazing.

The actual game itself is way too easy.

I just beat it today, way to easy.  I used a mega mushroom on Bowser, and I didn't even have to fight him, pretty lame.   I will have to go back and beat him for real now.

I am also going back and getting all the star coins I missed, and unlocking all the hidden stuff I miss as I played through it.

It is a great game like Princess Peach is, but it is way to easy for my tastes.

Yea i finished it today too.
I will go back and get the last of the big coins and stuff.

I beat final bowser as small(not tiny) mario.
Wasn't too much harder than doing it as mega mario.

TONS of fun but kinda short.
As many if not all of the DS games i have played have been...

I too beat it today with Mega Mario.  While harder than Peach (some of the hidden coins are a pain in the ass), it was pretty easy.  Although, I don't care cause it was just too much damn fun.

I went through and beat it again, this time I beat it with small Mario, and sadly it still wasn't much harder.  I only need 8 more Star Coins, and I have them all.  Then I can unlock all the back grounds and have the game completely beat.  Then I will just start all over again probably, hehe.

i played it, and while the style and gameplay are great, i thought the controls werent very tight, and therefore didnt have the feel of the original series :\
