I somewhat agree, but if I were to spend a million on creating/buying a paintball setting, I would probably stick to a location above ground with lots of hills, a forest, river, etc...that would save $$ initially and leave enough funds to change the surroundings when you get bored of the old ones.  With a missile base like this, it's almost impossible to change the structure of the underground base, and at one point you'll probably get bored of the same structure over and over...

Just think of all the NIntendo stuff that place could house, WOW.  Really cool auction.  I saw one like it auctioned off 2 years ago on egay.  It brought over 2 million though.
