What was the name of this cartoon from the late 80s/early 90s? It was a pack of dogs from a garage, and the lead one was a bull terrier with a green star around its eye. They drove cars and stuff. And that was about all their adventures involved.

It's where I learned the word "hubcap".

That's the one! I knew the main dog had something funny around its eye. The only place I can find to see it is a VHS tape from the Amazon Marketplace but it's a whopping £10!

Why can't there be a channel for old cartoons? Like a Network for Cartoons that have come back, like a Boomerang. That would rock if they didn't show the same cartoons from the sixties and seventies all the time.
