Genesis all the way.

I grew up on it and have always felt a connection with that system.
It was my first home console and my mom had worked a bunch of extra shifts to get it for me and my little bro.

DC could have gotten my vote but Genesis clinched it because it was the system that got me into gaming, i played the Mortal Kombat series on first, babysat me after school, and it was an underdog system that kicked ass for awhile.

Genesis will always hold a special place in my heart inlove
Maybe when i get more work done with my Mortal Kombat collection i can move to genesis.

I went with the Genesis, mainly for its decent selection of games.

Man thats hard. Both the Genny and DC are killer systems. I believe I'll have to go with Genny though.

I chose the Genny.  No one can really doubt that for what it was the Dreamcast was an awesome system, but as far as sheer playability and the amount of games people remember for it, I had to vote for it.

As for the person who voted for the Dreamcast for Shenmue, that was one of those big-time hit-or-miss games with people.  Personally, I HATED it... with a firey passion.  Though I did like the ability to play Space Harrier in-game. lol

I played Super Hang-on in Shenmue fairly often.

I drank alot of Soda too.

Spent more time doing that than actually playing the game.
