So, My question is simple,.. Is 11 € good deal for Sealed Euro/Pal copy of Phantasy Star Online for Dreamcast?

I'm not sure...seems a bit high, but I'm not sure what the average price of DC games is there.

Seems little high to me as well. I would pay around 5 bucks for it sealed.

5 - 10 USD at most for a sealed copy. 10 of your currency is a bit much IMO.
