Great! I'm waiting for Shenmue 3 to be released, but instead of that, sega decided to make an online rpg instead! Bastards!

I cant wait to ask countless stangers if they had seen a black car. On that day.
That day?
Yes, that day it was raining.

Yeah, Shenmue doesn't seem like it would lend itself to the online RPG genre to well (or maybe it lends itself too well-if that makes any sense).  Oh well, we shall see.

I think its going to be a huge bomb. I didnt like the original Shenmue i spent more time playing the Sega Arcade styl games then i did the actual game in Shenmue.

Doesn't seem like it would lend itself to the online genre well? Shenmue doesn't lend itself to ANY genre well. Shenmue was a horrible horrible horrible worthless boring piece of crap, with an awesome fighting system (and you only use it for a total of 10 minutes or so out of the 20+ hour game). Never before have I played a game in which the vast majority of the "gameplay" consisted of leaving the controller sit while I go find something to eat in the other room because the scripted event I'm waiting for won't occur for another half hour.

Never really had that problem, although I do agree with Sauza. Allthough Sega also managed to make a cool rpg out of the Panzer Dragoon shooting games.
