Only willing to pay around $10 for a rare mint game?!
I don't know any system you'll get that kind of luxury.

Well it's true that general second hand stores don't know the value of rare games,

youre going to be lucky to find any complete saturn games for under 10 bucks, the oversize jewel cases are extremely brittle, and most are in bad shape once they hit a store shelf.

Or if you were a pal collector, you've got the problem of the original games having these hybrid, part plastic part cardboard cases that come apart easy :S
Thankfully newer titles were in pure plastic cases that very closely resemble today's DVD cases.
Japanese games are great, normal jewel cases, if they break just get anew one ^^
