He withdrew two bids, on two different auctions, and gave the reason "entered wrong bid amount" - he has withdrawn over 500 bids in 6 months,
So, I reported him.

Probably a telemarketer or something thats just one more way he could piss people off when he was dialing other peoples phone numbers.

Wow, there is absolutley no reason for anyone to have that many retractions EVER.  I have 2 retractions in like a year and a half, and both of those were honest mistakes.  Wat to go THX.  That guy can burn.  >:-)
