Have you ever created a computer virus before?  Of course it's all educational.

Nope

I wouldn't know where to begin to make one. Plus I don't live in my parents basement or live out of country.

Never have done it, but it would be kind of interesting to try.

Once Again a general disclaimer:

RF Generation doesn't endorse or advocate the creation of viruses or any other malware. The poll provided here is simply that, a poll.

That being said, I would never dream of writing a virus.

I had a coule from highschool.  They just did stuff like fill up drives, print off pages when someone logs on, lock pictures onto screens, instant logoffs.  That kind of stuff.

I've thought about it before, but there is no way I would these days.  Not after there have been high profile cases of people getting arrested for writing them.

I thought I might get arrested, or at least in trouble if I written one, but I would only do it on my PC for an experiment.

and actually, now that I think about it, I know someone that did last year in 8th grade.  im not joking.  ti was only on there PC though.

I would never dream of creating something like that.  If you have ever had a virus wipe out your system then you know how much that sucks.  Creating something to do harm to unsuspecting people (you don't even know) for no reason just doesn't make sense to  me.  I have created some harmless prank apps and played some jokes.  The last one I did just sent a key sequence that flipped the screen upside down at random times.

I never have. The whole idea behind making a virus is dumb in my opinion. That being said I know how to if I wanted to.

I wrote a few in College several years ago. I got an As. Degree in Programming.  So once you learn how to program, it's really very simple.
Although  I did make harmless ones.  Like pop ups, Fake folder deleting ( that was really funny ), and other little childish things that were just funny. But I would never make one that would go public.

If that counts then I would have to change my answer to "Yes"....

No, I haven't done one but I would be interested in doing prank ones such as the ones listed above with the printing of the pages and logoffs and stuff.
