I was at Half Price Books and I saw a weird looking Sonic and it had a rectangular manual.  I was going to buy it for $5 until I saw on the back it was for the Megadrive.  I looked up the pictures on the site and they looked the same except the cartridge or the front on the box didn't say Megadrive.  Anyways,  just wondering if this is worth picking up?

Canadian version doesn't say Megadrive I think and I think it is a brown cover.
