I am tearfully selling my sega stuff. All of it. This system works perfect. Most of the games are CIB. Everything needed to start this system up out of the box is included. The 32x is still in box and is in awesome (mint) condition.

Check out the listing here:

I have the reserve set at $149.00

I also have a toaster with  a new Nintendo factory 72 pin connector, controller, zapper, games no reserve (please dont let someone buy this for $9.99:

Super NES with killer instinct:

I also have, but I have not listed yet:
Lolo 3 with box, Dr. Mario with box, and a Black Bass with box.

PM or email me if you are interested.

Not to sound like an ass but I will be amazed if you get 150 for that auction.

Tynstar,

Similar listings have taken down 200+. I recently purchased the 32x with game and ac adaptors and spent over 100 alone. Confused by your statement.

Lolo 3 is no longer available. I am trading it with Mr. Mark

Holy crap Sega Genesis auctions are pulling down that much now! Glad I got my stuff when I did.  Good luck.

Tynstar,
You were right! It never got over $80.00 even though it had 14 ppl watching. I guess I will save it for another day. If anyone is interested in any part of this auction for sale or trade. let me know!

You paid way too much. I recently scooped one up with a Genny for $10 at a thrift store, so I figured I'd throw 10 dupe games with it that I had, list it on eBay, and make me $20 atleast off of it... it sold for $7.16.
You were doing good to get that $80 bid. I've sold around 30 Gennys on there, 4 Sega CD's, and 2 32X's, and never got over $40 for a Sega CD/ Genesis, or a 32x/Genesis. The only way you might get $150 for that is for an original Model 1 Sega CD... and even they don't go as high as they used to. The Genesis gets no love.

I'd have to agree, too.  You got duped and $150 for that isn't going to likely happen.

We sound like a bunch of jerks but we really mean no harm.

Genesis stuff loose if very inexpensive. Like DevIancE said "Genesis gets no love".

You got a pretty great price for that Nintendo lot, I didn't realize a loose system and a couple games got a price like that.  I'll be shipping your item either tomorrow or the day after just in case you didn't get my email.

Yeah, I might have came off like a prick, but as Tynstar said, I meant no harm, I just have a little knowledge in the Genesis/eBay department.

I picked up a lot of 22 Genesis's, 3 32X's, 2 Sega CD's, 5 PSX's, 2 N64's plus most of the hook ups, 30+ misc controllers and 80+ Genesis cartridges for about $170 shipped last year, thinking I was going to make a killing reselling them seperately. I did ok for what I put into it, and I've sold alot of them on there since, but it's still sorta' depressing selling Genesis's for $10 - $20 a pop, when SNES's go for well over twice that. Especially if you think back to like '94 when they were selling for close to $100. You do get about $10 - $20 more for a complete Genesis sometimes, and more for a boxed Sega CD or 32X, but I really don't understand why they're not worth more, as I think there are just as many stellar titles for the Genny as there are for the SNES...   I guess Sega just really pissed off alot of people with all of their unsupported hardware, and it still shows today.

If your Sega CD and Genesis were boxed, you'd have alot better chance getting that $150 from someone, as incomplete Sega consoles and games go for next to nothing in most cases.

Here are some of the Genesis's/doorstops before I sold them...

CIB Genesis systems seem to do pretty well.

There is a store here in memphis that has boxes piled everywhere. I have been trying for months to buy a couple of the boxes, but no luck. What really brought the cost up on this system was the 2 aftermarket ac adaptors that are, as you know, required to make it work. I was just very pleased that everything works. I think now that I am going to break the lot up and sell/trade it. Is there any chance that we will be able to put systems in our collection? Is this already possible?  Huh

Thanks again for all of your feedback!!
