I'm interested in most of those Genesis games. Would you be willing to send to a confirmed Paypal address in the UK? If so, have you got a list of the loose cartridges? It's hard to read the labels on some of them.

I'm hesitant to ship overseas because of hearing stuff like "it took a month to get here or "it never came"..." etc. etc. Also, I'm really low on cash right now, and If I ship overseas, that's a lot of cash out of my pocket upfront. Someday I might bite the bullet and offer Worldwide shipping, but right now it's a hassle enough to ship things within the US...Sorry about that.

Ok, no worries.
Good luck with the auctions.
Just one thing, you say "that's a lot of cash out of my pocket upfront." I've always been under the impression the buyer should pay before anything is sent off. I'm not going to push you if you don't want to do it.

Yeah, but say the buyer pays using Paypal. It takes 3-4 days for the money to be transferred from the Paypal account to your checking account (If that's the way you have it set up, like me
) So in the meantime, the day after I'm paid, I have to have enough cash to ship all of the stuff I've sold.
Not to mention if the buyer uses a M.O...takes a week to get that usually.

Ya but like I said...If I offered Worldwide shipping and people from all over the world win some of my auctions, I'll have to have a lot of cash on hand (which I don't have) to ship their stuff out the day after the auctions end (I won't be getting their money for days and sometimes weeks...) I'm pretty much broke right now all of the time because I have been out of work. So I'd like to keep my upfront expenses to a minimum.

I was advised by Paypal to never ship until the 4 days end. They advised me of this after someone stole a PS2 lot 250 from me. The money like you said appeared as if it was going to clear. So I shipped immediately. Then the next day I got an email from Paypal stating that they were holding the $$$ due to appearing that they were from a stolen credit card. Needless to say they did nothing for me.

Eew...That really blows. I hope nothing like that ever happens to me *fingers crossed*. Well...heh...I guess something like that HAS happened to me. About 3 years ago, my house got burglerized and they made off with about $1000 worth of my videogames of which I got none of it back or any compensation. It wan't worth filing a claim with home owners insurance because the rates would have just gone up!!!
