I know he got in a lot of trouble when Penny-arcade decided to stand up to him, and that was a possable outcome.  To bad it didn't work out that way then.  Hopefully it will this time.  He also bugged vgcats too.

It was, when he hassled Penny-Arcade a bunch of fans emailed the Florida bar association and they did put him under review or something and I heard he did get disbarred, but when I was looking for it today I didn't find anything on it.
