I have a friend at work that uncovered his SNES, all cables, controllers, and Super Mario World in his closet.  He says it has only slight yellowing.

Can I get a feel for what people are willing to pay for this?  I looked on ebay at completed auctions and the range was huge ($30-$50).  He might try ebay or I said I might be able to sell it directly.

(I have no rep. here, but have good ebay history and have been posting a little for several years at digital press.)

Thanks for any help!

I recently sold one with both cables, 1 controller, no yellowing, and the system manual with no games included for $45 shipped.  I may have gotten a bit more than I should have but I'd say $40-50 is a fair price on an SNES like your friends.

Ok, thanks!  Sounds in-line with what ebay was showing.

Mines got yellowing too. but I think if the other person is buying it to play it wont make much of a difference to the price since it doesnt affect gameplay at all. One that cares about it will probably want one in a box anyway. ^_^
