I'm pretty sure both of them are compatible with PS3. Other than that, get a Playstation controller to USB converter and plug it into the front of the PS3. Should work just fine.

I've heard GH1 and 2 are not BC on the PS3. But if it is possible, then Tondog's advice sounds logical to be the likely way it would work.
