Using the Dev tools in Firefox says that the preview request gets this as a response:

EDIT: It might not be something on the site's end... Seems Virgin Media is having issues with YouTube buffering. It may be linked somehow. shrug

The only reason i use it is on accident or to see if it is working when someone says it isn't.
