I traded 4 dreamcast games for an xbox games. Apart from smelling like diaper, because the guy that sent them to me thought it would be nice protection, Speed Devils has the most obnoxious sticker I've ever seen.
For some reason the bastards at game mania thought it was a good idea to put some sort of plastic sticker all over the cd. And not just 1 sticker. NOOOO, it's a huge funky sticker that's made up of many small pieces. Judge for yourself:

Jesus Christ.  Each of those little dots is a separate piece?  Or are they all part of one big sticker with clear sections connecting the dots?  Either way, that is the worst thing ever.  I'd be pretty pissed if somebody sold that to me and didn't warn me.  And, I'd never buy anything from that game store, ever.

It's one cd sized sticker (I just noticed), that's stuck with super super super glue or something. It's impossible to get off.

Send it back and demand a refund.  This is just not right.

I traded it with some guy on a message board for an xbox game. And I rather keep these games, despite their condition, then get my xbox game back.

I remember someone saying (probably Anti) that a hair drier can get rid of stickers altough i don't know how well a CD will hold up to that heat. Never tried before.... i have something to do Sunday night now.

Edit: From the picture i would have assumed that the dots were part of the art.

If it is a CD you can just put it in water, they are waterproof.  If you use soapy water, the sticker should come right off.  But, it doesn't really matter anymore, since you are selling it.

Yea, you definitely don't want to use a hair dryer on a cd. I use cd's sometimes in my stamp art (yes I like stamping) and to get them to change colors and shape I have to super heat them with my embossing gun.
