That is great and all but what happens to people who lie? Say you are in a match do the bomb trick other team loses thinks you cheated? Well your banned thats what.

There was one guy screaming as loud as he could into the mic for the whole match so i sent like 8 negative feedback messages one would have sufficed but it REALLY pissed me off. Hope he is banned for all eternity.

Well there is a record of what you did in the match so it can be checked out.

Use the mute feature it is wonderful.

No , if you read all of the artical and all of the questions from gamers. Then you would see that Bungie can determine who is "glitching" and who is actually using the router cheat. Therefore people who glitch ( while it is annoying) will not be banned.

Shouldn't the glitches be eastyier to fix the the modem cheat? I wish they would fix all the glitches because I think that is cheating as well.

True , but not everybody can do the modem "stand-by" and everybody knows these glitches. You can defend against glitchers and there is no defens against the stand byers Tongue

I think some of the coming updates will fix the glitches  Smiley

I disagree. I still see it as a cheat. Not on the same level as the modem cheat.

so what are some of these glitches?  are they all related to online play? I've only played Halo2 multiplayer once. I've got a buddy who plays online a lot. the only time we played together he thrashed the rest of us. I hope to provide a better challenge next time.

Grabbing things thru walls and floors, homing in with the sword from massive distances, jumping huge distances. There are others though but those are the ones i run into the most.

I don't know if they are only online or not, but most of them wont help much in a slayer match.  They really only help in objective matches.

You can try jumping when he is charging you sao he launches way away. But that is risky because it requires wicked good timing. So more or less your best be will be to run backwards and shot as fast as you can with dual weapons and hope to win or grab a shotgun and hope your trigger finger is faster than his.

Dual magnums (pistols) work good against the sword if you are backing up.


Also use the plasma pistol and charge it all the way and fire it when you have a lock on him. when it hits his shield will be down and your other weapon can finish the job.

I will have my Xbox hooked back up by the end of the night or much sooner.
So when are you guys playing usually now so i can hopefully get some matches in again.
I should be able to get on almost anytime friday.
