I played some head to head matches and got paired up with a level 10.I am level 6.


Problem? Yes.

I actually like playing against people that are a higher level than me.  It gives me a bigger challenge, and if I lose I'm not losing as many points compared to losing to a same level player.

I haven't played in a while either.  Maybe I'll get on sometime this week.

I got owned BAD by the "n00b" combo. Plasma Pistol and Battle rifle in head to head on Beaver Creek.
It was 10-0 the guy was a 14 rank outside of his 6 on H2H. He wasn't a dick though after he toom some time to chat with me wished me good luck on the rest of my games and then we went our sperate ways. 1 kill was with the sniper rifle and one was with dual SMGs when i had spawned.

Played this really really strange variation of Juggernaut today.
Everyone hid and Juggernaut had to run around and find them and if they saw you they would yell taunts at you.
It was stupid.
I ended up winning the only game i played because everyone didn't know what they were doing at thew begining and i took everyone out with shotguns. (The only usable weapon)

Later they did a match were Juggernat had a Sword and everone had pistols and i don't know what was on map because i quit.

It wasn't all that bad.

Make suer Rick lets you in on some tricks of the trade. I will share what i know with you but he knows a hell of alot more than me.

@ Rick what was the Lock Out protection everyone was talking about last time i played with the clan?

Right now I'm just tryin to get my aim down but I'm learning my way around the maps quickly. Too bad I don't know location names or I could be of more help when playing team stuff. Gonna play some single player or random games later tonight I think. Work on my aim a bit.

@Anthony : Lock out or "Lock in" protection is basically a way to make sure you do not get locked into a game where you are not the host.

You do it by having a member of your party go to the "leave party" screen and if you are not host and the configuring game screen comes up (the number 3) then that person backs out and he will cause your whole party to back out of the game. If he doesnt do it right then he may quit out and leve you a man short for the game. :-/



Played a few new game type variations last night before I had to head out to hockey. Chevyguy made a few new types : Retardo3000 and Tremmors.

Retardo3000 is basically a form of juggernaut where if you become the jug you have asome time to change your thumbstick layout to legacy southpaw and let the stupidity begin. Its hard to control the Retardo3000 when you have it....

Tremmors is basically you have 2 teams on Coagulation. a red team and the blue team. The red team can  be as many as 12 people and the blue team up to 4. the blue team drives ghost and can only splatter people. the "humans" start at one base top and try to reach the other base on foot without being  run over.

Everybody should play this weekend ! Custom games will be fun , also have to finish my clan tournament.

Aaawww, a clan invite. I didn't think you guys took sucky players...hehe Well the good news is, I just got done playing some matchmaking and I lowered my sens to 1. I'm hitting 45% or better and I took 2nd and 3rd in the two games I played! I'm gonna prolly play all damn night after my pizza gets here and I eat it. It's on the way now. I got the house to myself most of the night, perfect for some Halo.

This one dude was like aw man, the girl got me again. It cracked my shit up. I was like chill yo, I only been playin a few days. Gimme time...heh

I was playing some head to head (and pretty much losing more than half of them)
But i played a match with this one guy and he got a kil off them i one 10 straight.
So he says good game and we go our seperate ways(i have no mic ATM)

Next game we i start up and go figure who it is?
The guy i just beat! Not even a match apart it was the very next one.
He got irritated after 3 kills and quit.
I sent him a message and he is now on my buddy list.
Too bad i couldn't really chat with him.

I wish there was a way to clear your ranikings.
I would start over at 1s and no wins or losses

I don't think my rankings are too bad considering I've only been playing for a week. The plan is to eventually be at least a 20.

I could probably make it to a 20 , but I like to goof around mostly.
