I try to squeeze in about an hour a day, putting me in the 5-10 hours category.

I would game about 15-20 a week when I was working. Now that I'm unemployed I expect that to be 30+ a week.

I would say in average:
1 hour during business days
2-3 hours on weekends

But it depends, sometimes i go several days without playing if there's nothing really interesting, but when there's a Zelda, Castlevania, Resident Evil or something as great i game 6-7 hours a day during weekends/holidays and during business days i try to sleep less to play more.
