I found a Sega Saturn Keyboard today for $2.50.  It's pretty much a standard black ps/2 keyboard but it has the Sega logo so that makes it cool.

Are these tough to find? I've never seen them in the wild, but I have heard of many people having them. Congrats on the find.

Not really sure, I know that I have never run across one before (I do see the dreamcast ones every now and then)  They may have been on the shelves of a store I was in before but that fact that it looks like a normal kbd means you really have to look close to know it's made by Sega and not just a black PC kbd.

I went into town to check out the game shops but found nothing interesting. Gamestation had a loose Super Mario Land for the Gameboy for £9!

I thought I'd check out Cash Generator for the first time. They had a lot of games, but no marked prices. They must have had 30-40 Master System games, but they were all sports games. From there I got these for £2 each:

Silpheed (Mega CD, complete)
Top Gun (NES, loose)
GameShark (N64 Loose)

I overpaid for Top Gun, but the overall price made it ok.

While I was in a magazine shop I noticed the headline on a local newspaper saying something about making my work area an alcohol free zone. I bought it and the cafe I work in was mentioned in the article! The sentence was something like "People are often discouraged from going into places such as [some solicitors place] and [The cafe] because of drunks hanging around outside".

It's raining lightly this morning but I thought I would go to the local car boot sale anyway. There were a few people there but the only games were some PS2 ones that I wasn't interested in.

I got a Super Mario Brothers skateboard for £1.50. When I got home I thought "Why the Hell did I buy that?" I really don't know what to do with it now.

Cool, is it a full-size skateboard?  I just bought a mario on a skateboard figure new in package from the UK the other day Smiley

If it's a full-size skateboard, it's probably similar to when I bought the Super Mario World game chair for 2.50 euro.  Cool item at first, but now it takes up a lot of room and it's not being used or anything.  Wink

you could probably sell or trade it for some decent money, seeing as there are lots of Mario collectors out there, especially for larger and rare items like that.

I know how you feel, yesterday I picked up a set of Super Mario Bros/Zelda sheets for $3.50.  I have no clue what I am going to do with them but I just can't pass up stuff like that.

On the plus side at the same thrift store I also picked up a boxed NES Control Deck set for $9.99, now I just need a boxed Challenge Set to have all the major NES sets boxes.

From three diffferent people. The games are all complete and in very good condition.

1)Mega Drive games - £1 each.

2)Master System Games - £1 each.

3)The gun was £1.50.

I asked how much the Master System games were and was told to make an offer. I said 75p each. He wrinkled his nose up and said he wanted £3 each but had to get rid of them, so he said he'd accept £1 each. Clearly a load of bollocks to make me pay more but £1 is ok.

Nice score James!

I picked up the following from a Dutch ad-site:

Captain America and the Avengers (NES NTSC)
190-in-1 NES multicart
255-in-1 NES multicart
13-in-1 NES multicart
1992 Super Mario Family 10-in-1 (Mario games)

and a Suncom Transporter12 storage rack (holds 12 NES games).

Cost me around 70 bucks, but I'm gonna sell a few of the multis to try and get that back Smiley
