Though my Genesis collection is hefty, there are many great games that I want that I'm lacking. The games I'm looking for must be in CIB like the rest of my games are. Here is the wishlist:

My Wishlist

Choukyuukai Miracle Nine is not in the database. It's one of the other games I want. It was only released in Japan though. My budget won't allow to any hefty prices at the moment. I had a job interview yesterday and if I get the job then paying for these things won't be as bad but for now I have a small limited supply that I can spare.

I might be able to give you a hand from a local dealer.
If your interested post back or PM me and i can check what they have versus the US titles you want.

Done this for Scott and Fighter17 already and they still have a decent number of non-sports titles.

Good luck on your hunt. Genesis is a fun system to collect for.

Also Anthony helped me out long ago when i was still looking for Genesis games.

Thanks a lot Izret. Smiley I'm much interested. And yes, not the gawd awful quantity of sports titles. The places I go to have their prices really high. Can you believe I saw a complete copy of Rock n' Roll Racing for $54.99?! Don't even get me started on the complete copy of Herzog Zwei I saw at the same place which went for $59.99 They claimed they sell games based on Ebay prices and they told me the boxed Sega Nomad that they had for sale was the same as the launch price and they were selling it for $210 bucks! At launch it was really $180 I should start going to garage sales and the flea market soon for the hunt. Sheesh, I need all the help I can get lol.  slick

@Tynstar: Exactly. It's even more rewarding because the collectibility of the Genesis is very high. Game Critics gave the collectiblility either an A or a B, I forgot which. Thank god the games came in plastic cases or else people would have thrown them out like cardboard boxes of other consoles!

Their prices don't get that high.
They probably have a dozen titles in the 30-40$ range.

What i forgot to do with Scott was include the state sales tax.
Luckily he sent me some bonus cash for being helpful. That ended up covering the sales tax almost exactly lol

Lol, don't worry. I won't mind throwing in a bonus. I threw in a copy of DKC3 once as a bonus when I shipped a package a long time ago. Is there anything you want that I have? I only have four things for now though. Gitaroo Man is one of them and it's in new condition only used literally once and three other things. I can pay for some of the games and trade for some of them if you want but I don't mind just paying for them.

I think it is just we have more members now than then.
It seems like collecting for the Genny/SNES/N64 has picked up and the NES has declined some but in reality its probably just people on the site are collecting for a more balanced/diverse group of systems.

I don't know, maybe they are. The Genesis used to always go for $20 bucks here at stores but last I've seen the price rose with the Model 1 being $29.99 and the Model 2 being $39.99 Funny how they make the Model 2 cheaper when the model one is superior... the early Model 1's that is with the higher quality sound and the lack of the TMSS. There is one last store that I know that has fair prices for their things. It's about 20-25 mins away driving but I don't get much time to go there. Plus after a while I ended up nearly having all of their Genesis stuff already. Having a bigger collection will make you run into things you already have. That could be a good sign though and not just a bad one. Smiley

I know exactly how you feel. Nearly any time I see a stack of NES, Genesis or 2600 games for sale at a flea market or garage sale, I already have them all. Just this weekend, I bought around a dozen 2600 carts and you would think I wouldn't have at least one of them, but nope, I had them all. And then I saw another stack of Genesis games (there were 10-15) and I had every single on of them as well.
It definitely gets kind of frustrating.

Also, check my FS/FT folder, there are several boxed Genesis games left and I believe a couple complete ones left. Although it's mostly all common stuff that you probably already have Tongue

Any interest in a factory sealed Mortal Kombat 3? Or a nice CIB Mutant League Hockey?

I'm having a hard time selling my CIB Genesis games, but they do have rental stickers so that's a big factor.
