As a handheld collector I'd consider VB a cart-based tabletop or plain ol console. That thing is no more portable than Vectrex.

Come on now.

Anyway, the Turbo Express plays regular TurboGrafx games, so, even though it lasted as long as the PSP on batteries, I'd still have to say it rocks.
