Just watched Anchorman 2. Holy shit what a terrible movie. I mean it was aggressively unfunny. Damn.

I thought i was being generous by saying it was OK.
I was at least able to finish it lol

Bad Grandpa on the other hand i couldn't even struggle thru it.

Finished all the available eps of
The Universe
Alaska State Troopers

Wish this series was episodic but each one is a stand alone.
Truth Behind: Dead Sea Scrolls
Truth Behind: Bermuda Triangle
Truth Behind: Nevada Triangle
Truth Behind: The Nasca Lines

Also
Myth Hunters - Last one i caught was about Ivan the Terribles secret library.

Psych - Maybe i'll finally finish this series.

Stan Lees Super Humans - Some are really interesting (guy whose body breaks down lactic acid so he can run forever), some are crazy(guy with skull more than 2x the average thickness who does stupid shit like hammer nails with his forehead), some are stupid (people who make things like "rocket boots").

The Next Space Race - documentary about the privatization of space travel and the big 3 fighting for the contracts.

The Making of VGHS - Video Game High School was pretty cool. Behind the scenes stuff was also pretty cool.

Plastic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch - Plastics are overused and improperly recycled. Shocking. Oh wait no it isn't.

Finally
Cabin Fever: Patient Zero
RoboCop (Original)
Total Recall (Original)

More movies tonight likely. I've got the new Robocop on my to watch list.

Finally finished Psych. Turns out i had seen all but the final 3-4 episodes from TV reruns and previous netflix viewings with my other half.

Rapture-Palooza - Liked this better than the rapture movie Rogen and Franco did.

Lawless - Knew nothing about it going in but was told i should check it out. Was fantastic. The person suggesting it definitely undersold it. I was expecting it to be in the meh to good range. Takes place in during prohibition.

The Wrestler - (2008) - B+
--> I never liked wrestling (too fake, too...stupid) and after watching this movie I still don't.

The Messenger - (2009) - B+
--> Strange movie about soldiers who have to tell family members that a soldier has died.

Revolutionary Road - (2008) - B-
--> Second viewing. Something about this movie I don't quite like. Maybe the ending, I'm not sure.

The Hunger Games - (2012) - B
--> Decent movie. In my opinion, the battle scenes are a weakest part of this movie. Unfortunately, that's pretty much all you get in the second half.

Anonymous - (2011) - B+
--> Great drama about Shakespeare.

The Wolf of Wall Street - (2013) - A-
--> Maybe not as good as I was expecting, considering all the hype, but still a great movie.

Waterworld - (1995) - C
--> For me this movie suffers what a lot of 80's and 90's action movie suffer from: too old for the action/effects to be any good and yet too new for me to disregard the action because it's simply an "old" movie. Instead, I roll my eyes during every cliché action scene.

The Tuxedo - (2002) - C+
--> Late Jackie Chan comedy. Here, he's starting to get slightly too old to play his typical role, though he still does well enough in the action scenes.

The Last Samurai - (2003) - B
--> The ending is so cheesy it almost ruins this film.

Life of Pi - (2012) - A
--> I'm probably an idiot, but I didn't see the ending coming at all.

Breakdown - (1997) - D
--> This ticks all the boxes for cheap and lame thriller movie.

Flight - (2012) - B+
--> Good movie about an airline pilot struggling with alcoholism.

Empire of the Sun - (1987) - A
--> Feels like a "classic" movie (in a good way).

The Iron Lady - (2011) - B+
--> Impressive how well Meryl Streep resembles Margaret Thatcher.

The Expendables 2 - (2012) - B
--> In the category "so stupid it becomes good again", my favorite line is Arnold saying "we all belong in a museum" or something like that.

Mao's Last Dancer - (2009) - B+
--> Drama about a chinese classical dancer going to America.

The Hurt Locker - (2008) - B
--> As a movie this is great stuff. But (even though I know nothing of military stuff) I wonder why the "team" consists of only 3 people. Would they do it like that in real life?

Curious, but have you seen Battle Royale Sirgin? It's kind of the genesis of a lot of the movies like The Hunger Games and things like the Battle Royale mode of H1Z1.

Atari: Game Over - Was surprisingly good.(MS pumping it up before release made me expect it would be garbage) Covered a fair amount of history besides a warehouse getting cleared out and dumped. I'd recommend it to anyone and HIGHLY recommend it to  Atari fans.

Well, it hadda happen sooner or later: A "meta" episode of Sonic Boom that references the original Genesis games and other vidyas of the 8-bit/16-bit era, featuring a twist on rock-paper-scissors using Calvinball rules in the final boss battle. Best of all, it features a Pinky and the Brain reference, which is always awesome.
