I got that good feeling when you guys started reading my small scores for the month, but was quickly disappointed when it was the same scores you read from last month.

about 30 minutes in, sounds good so far! crabby did a good job with the editing so far, i haven't noticed any bad cuts or anything like that. only thing is duke's recording quality seems lower than normal, not sure who's fault that was Tongue. it's not that bad, i can understand him perfectly fine, it just sounds like a lower bitrate than usual.

I'm going to kick off some main topic discussion.

I think what divides gamers and collectors is the research that we do about games, developers, genres, etc. The hunt. The thrill. The letdown of being outbid. We also like the physical thing. We need the carts or discs, boxes and manuals.

Duke hit the nail on the head with his comment about collecting being a kind of "metagame." I have some games are mediocre, but I love them because I remember the garage sale or pawn shop where I found them while booting up the games.
