is it normal for the list of who's in the chat shown at the top of the forums to be months out of date? it says it hasn't been updated since february for me.

Yeah, the auto-update part of it never worked right, so it has to be manually updated. And well, no one really updates it.

You could always just stop in and see who is in the chat, very rarely do we get anyone in there that will bite.

Yeah, unfortunately Leon's not been around much lately.

Could we perhaps get rid of the "who's in chat?" box in its entirety?

Before you say "no way!" hear me out. It doesn't update automatically. Before it was updated recently, last "update" was february. That's not helpful at all. In fact, if the last update was more than, say, 2 hours ago it again is useless. What do I care about who was in chat yesterday? They certainly won't be there when I join in.

By all means, keep the "RFG Chat" and "Join in!" lines there. But remove the useless information about yesteryear's chatters. That way, the forums would be slightly closer to the top, which I'd like.

i agree if that part of it isn't functional why not remove it? the code for it could always be stored in a backup somewhere in case someone finds the time to figure it out.

also i jumped in the chat a couple times over the past week and there was no one in it Tongue but i do tend to be up really late so it probably had something to do with it being around 1 AM PST lol.

edit: LOL just noticed the new "users in chat:" line
