Want a Wii with no internet connectivity, no backwards connectivity, but is as small as humanly possible for $99?

Then the WII mini is for you. Follow the link for pictures and more information.

It's canada exclusive as well.

I hate doing this sort of speculating, but a late release console variant exclusive to a single country put out after the release of its successor sounds like a recipe for a future collector's item to me.

Its not exclusive to Canada. The system is launching everywhere.

It has been confirmed as a Canada exclusive.  I think it looks pretty awesome as well.  Also, it lacks Wi-Fi, not internet connectivity necessarily.

Although not having GameCube compatibility bothers me (Just like the revised Wii), I could live without Wi-Fi.  I don't think I've ever played games online with the Wii, and I don't like to download games either.  Had it played GameCube games, I'd seriously consider buying one to replace my current Wii.  As it is, I'll wait for them to hopefully drop online so I can import one.
