Notifiy when submission is approved

Hey guys, new to the site so I am not sure if I am missing something or not... what I am looking for is when I submit a new game/variation and it is approved, there is nothing letting me know that it has been approved/added to the database.  Is there a way we could be notified that our submission has been added so we can go add it to our collection? 

Also, I submitted the Mass Effect 1 Pre-order bonus disc and I am guessing it didn't get approved.  Again, it would have been cool to get a message telling me why it didn't get approved.  To be honest, I am not sure why it didn't get approved.  It was a pre-order bonus for the standard and limited edition of Mass Effect 1 (can be seen at bottom of this page: http://collectorsedition....llectors-edition-360-ntsc )

As for the rejection Tynstar and/or ShadowKisuragi handled that sub. You should have received a PM as to why it was rejected i will let them come in here and explain themselves for breaking the rules.

i always thought it would be nice to have a list of rejected submissions, just with text titles of what entry they were for at least. i know staff already have lots of projects they want done and there probably isn't time/resources available, but it's just my wish that we had that. i mean we have an approved submissions section, why not a rejected submissions section?

It wasn't me. We had discussed adding it to the database, and I thought that it was approved...
Adding a notification for accepted/rejected submissions wouldn't be difficult.

Check your "my pending submissions" and "my approved submissions" once a day. If a submission isn't pending anymore it'll show up in your approved submissions list (from there you can add it to your collection). If not, you know it has been rejected because you have done something wrong.

the thing is sometimes if i submit a lot at once, or some submissions were pending for a long time, i might not remember all of what i submitted. so in those cases it would be nice to see a list of what was rejected, just as a handy reference to what needed improving or was wrong. it would be good in cases like this where something may have accidentally been rejected and so no pm explaining it would have been sent out.

I'd love to see a list of rejected submissions, because as of now, once something is rejected there is no record of it at all. So if something does get rejected and the submitter doesn't get a PM with a reason, I can't even look into why it was rejected because I can't see what it was or who rejected it.
It'd be even better if staff could type in a reason for it being rejected right there for you guys to see.

Thanks, didn't see this before and it will work out for me.  I do agree it would be nice to see a list of rejected submissions and a reason as to why it was rejected.

I rejected the Mass Effect 1 because it isnt a demo. It is just videos for ME 1. There is a demo for Blue Dragon on it. FWIW I do have that ME 1 pre-order DVD also. Sorry I forgot to send you a message.

Add a direct PM link to a submitter of a game/hardware submission to easily shoot them a quick message about the respective submittal.

Wouldn't the appropriate place to submit it be in the extra media area for Mass Effect?
