I really, really hope this game doesn't employ a multiplayer aspect.  Has this ever been successful for a single player game?  I could have done without the multiplayer aspect in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, and I can't think of an instance where multiplayer would make a Zelda game better.

Granted, if anyone can do it successfully, I'm sure Nintendo can.  I just don't like the idea of Nintendo tainting the Zelda too much.

i would be ok with multiplayer zelda if it was for co-op for example. even some other forms of multiplayer wouldn't be too bad, like sword duels, or mini game competitions using some of the side games from the single player story.

Xenoblade 2? So, am I the only one that came to the conclusion of Xenogears 2 not Xenoblade? Do you ever step into a mech in Xenoblade? If it does turn out to be Xenogears 2 I will buy a Wii U on the spot.
