Add VTech Super Color Whiz

I came across a couple cart games for this old learning laptop style system. The system needs added to the database. A quick Google search turned up releases in North America and the UK.

I did not have this particular model but i did have a VTech "laptop" as a kid with swappable edutainment carts.

So whoever adds this (Shadow) plan on having to add another one eventually.
