New Thursday song is up on their MySpace and it kicks ass. They're playing in NYC in March and I should probably get a ticket.

Zoo Animal - Young Blood

Local band that's been catching some steam lately. The album is very good, but they really shine live. Interesting note: the singer is the younger sister of a girl I graduated high school with!

Paramore - Riot  [Album]

The music isn't anything special but it reminds me of August in New Zealand. "That's What You Get" was on the music channels quite often while I was there. I'm sure most people have some kind of music they like because of associations even though they know it's not brilliant.

I bought the album when I got back because it was NZ$35 (£13.50) compared to £5 in the UK.

I'm trying to find a song but can't remember what it was. It had an 80s style but was released in the last five years, I'm sure it was some time since 2005. The music video had some people dancing around a tall building with some fire engines.

Alice in Chains - Alice in Chains

I loves this album Smiley.  The crazy vocals on Sludge Factory and the weird riffs in Frogs have me hooked.

I have iTunes playing, and I was first listening to the Beatles, but now it's Apocalyptica. They're not that bad, actually. Their covers of other songs are really cool, with the strings and all. Tongue

Erich Kunzel and the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra "On Broadway".  A collection of famous Broadway pieces.  I wish I was there for the recording of this piece.  It would have been a magnificent performance.

HEY HXD I LIKE JOY DIVISION TOO.

Ignore me if it's been said before. I'm a newbie, after all, so I'm allowed to make excuses about my towering amount of social blunders.
Even if I really shouldn't be. I mean, I practically live on the internet.

anyway.

I'm listening to How Long Is Your Hair? by Kupek. Kupek is amazing and you alls need to look him up.

If you know what Scott Pilgrim is, you might like it doubly.

Chamillionaire - Mixtape Messiah 3

I like this album for the fact that it's really free. You can download it on Chamillionaire's website. (Mixtape Messiah 2 is free as well)
