I submitted info for the Super Nintendo release of the MACS Moving Target Simulator.

http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=U-044-S-07470-A

When I try to interact with it, most of the info I submitted is missing and it won't let me add it to my collection. Is there something I messed up or should I just try to re-submit this?

TIA!

Your broken link:
http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=U-044-S-07470-A

Actual link:

Looks like your collection there must be broken? Try deleting that one and adding the one from 7440-A.

False.
He had added a different version of the cart and someone deleted it.

This.

The common misconception is that there is a single "MACS" cart. The truth is that MACS is the name of the overall set of games and gun, while there are 2 different carts, one of which has 2 label variations for a total of 3 different cart releases. The one currently in the database is the MACS Basic Rifle Marksmanship, which is the one with 2 label variations. The first is labelled as Multi-Purpose Arcade Combat Simulator 1.1e, but displays the title of Basic Rifle Marksmanship when running. The other label specifies Basic Rifle Marksmanship  (the variation listed here) 1994.0, a a later release.

The one I added was the MACS Moving Target Simulator, a completely separate cartridge with a different program.

This link has pics of all 3 carts, 2 of which are mine.

Since i was the one who approved it i knew what was going on.

Now i would ask that you please resub so it can get re-approved and whoever deleted it please stop deleting without research.

Explains that. That makes me feel a ton better, since that would've been a horrible bug in our collection tool.
WHOMEVER DELETED THAT, YOU SHOULD'VE UPDATED THE THREAD.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. As always, you're on top of your information. Greatly appreciated as always, PaceCar.

Pretty limited pool of people who could have deleted it.
Wasn't me. Apparently wasn't you doubt it was Bick, NES or Grue. Definitely not Tyn(can he?)

So by process of elimination who is left and overzealous?

...or, you know, you could just look at the Submissions Logs. I won't name-drop the person. Wink
