My local Target price matched the Sears ad I posted about in the Hot Deals thread. So I grabbed it for $10 and got a copy of Smash 3DS while I was there.

Sometimes the kindness of the people at this site astounds me, although with as many instances of it that I have witnessed perhaps it shouldn't. While I wasn't going to talk about it here, I've spent the last two days in the hospital. I won't go into details, and I'll be fine, but it has been rough. Slackur had messaged me earlier in the week about sending something over to me. I just got home a few minutes ago after being discharged, and my wife handed me the mail. There were a couple boxes for me, including a large one from Slackur. Inside the front flap was a nice letter, in secret agent sytle:

Wrapped within was something that I didn't expect. I'd given up on finding a Bravely Default Collectors Edition quite some time ago, and out of the blue he had the kindness to send it over. There was no way for him to know that this is how I would receive it, but it really meant a lot to me after a few troubled days.

He was a wise man to keep a copy of the game for himself, but my copy fits very nicely.

Thank you very much, Jes. This was the kind of pick-me-up that I needed coming home. It means a lot.

Another note of kindness here, this time from Fokakis79. When he posted it in this thread I told him congrats, and that I didn't have one of them yet. He was kind enough to let me have it at what he payed for it, which was basically giving it away. Thanks for thinking about me!

I always say that RFG is a special place to be. Thanks for letting me be a part of it.

@Duke - Get well and take care!

I agree RF Generation is full of amazing people - a close knit community as I like to call it.  Slackur is truly a great member on this site I agree.

Now onto what was had today when out with Engel762

-All Games Complete In Box.  Time Stalkers was an upgrade - engel has my original - not pictured is Cyber Speedway - just bought it for the manual upgrade and gave it to Engel as well.  Also not pictured is some Sonic The Hedgehog Comics and Sparkster was from Engel for trades and gas.  Thanks again Bill! so while not quantity but some good quality...this is mostly what it's going to be like for a while on a tight budget.

-Second Image - All Boxes & Manuals all mostly free (including Sonic TT and Devilish were free with manuals) - Need to find the games for the Game Gear games & Tyrants - Phantasy Star III is for sale with the manual - M.C. Kids while kind of beat up with a little tear is also for sale.  The Game Boy and there was GG cases were free from a local store and I still need some more haha.

Get well Duke! That BD LE is friggin beautiful.

As for me I picked up a lot of white cases this week. Rogue Trooper and FF:CC are from 99Gamers. Got Pokemon X in a trade with a coworker's kid.

I got Gunblade NY and LA Machine Guns on a strong recommendation from Singlebanana. When I saw that the only Gamestop anywhere near me with a copy was the one near my office, I ran over there on my lunch and grabbed it right away. At a price of $3.69, I would have grabbed it even if it was a loose disc, but I was very happy to find this copy in damn near brand new condition with a flawless disc. Gotta love it.  Cool

Nice grabs!

My uncle had me on the look out for Master of Monsters for awhile.

I'd never heard of it until a few(i guess several now...) years ago but i knew it would be pricey since any game he had asked me to try and find for him was lol
All RPG and Strategy games for him.
