I submitted the following games with the release type as Label and Packaging variations.

However, they've been accepted and the release type was changed to Demo.

Is this correct? As far as I know, these are full games with different sleeve and disc artwork.

They are full games and you had submit those release types correctly.
I just edited them back to how you subbed them and how they should have been approved.
