Duck Hunt (NES) - Finally got around to getting a replacement for my old CRT tv, so I couldn't think of a better game to break this in with Smiley

I've been super busy lately, so I haven't been playing a whole lot.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night - I've been meaning to replay this for a while now, and since I've been so busy, I decided to just treat myself and play this in my downtime. This still holds up as one of my all-time favorites.

Trails of Cold Steel - I've been enjoying this game a bit more lately, but I just haven't had much time to invest in it recently.

Finally got around to putting some serious time into Stunt Racer 64. Man, it has an unique vibe to it. Kind of like Jetsons meets Grease with everyone racing on hot wheels style tracks.

I recently pick up a PlayStation VR Bundle and I have been having a lot of fun messing around with VR for the first time ever. I’ve even already played through Rick and Morty Virtual Rick-ality and I cannot wait to get more games for it. However, I think I really need to play through the many games I’ve started already.

Strider (NES) - In addition to all of the NES games I've been playing for the community challenge, I've also been playing through quite a few on my own that have already been claimed/completed for the challenge. Strider was a completely random pick, but one that I have been wanting to play. I was blown away by how much I enjoyed it. I really loved the Metroidvania elements, and the character upgrades were a nice addition too. It really is much more than a typical platformer. My only complaint is the somewhat janky mechanics, particularly the awkward jumping mechanic that makes certain sections more frustrating than they should have been. It's odd since this is a Capcom game, and Capcom were no strangers to platformers, so I'm not sure why the jumping mechanics would be off. Aside from that, this is a great game and is now one of my favorites for the system.

Just finished my play through of Majora’s Mask on the 3DS. The whole experience brought me back to when I originally played it on the N64.

That's one I need to go back to. I got it with my N64 when I bought it from a friend, but it didn't click with me.

I can understand why it has a repetitive feel to it (beyond the 3 day time cycle the game uses) that had me wanting to rush through the last dungeon of the game and final boss fight. That being said it definitely deserves a play through at least once.

the time limit doesn't feel like such a big deal once you learn you can slow time.

Finished Chibi-Robo Zip Lash on the 3DS. The game was decent but I could see there being more of an appeal with a younger audience. Now to finish Paper Mario Sticker Star last time I played it I left off mid way through chapter 3.

Just completed world 4 of Paper Mario Sticker Star. Working my way through world 5 right now. I’m hoping can clear the final world and beat the game today.

Edit: I was able to beat the five different stages of Bowser!
