Xbox One region Japan disabled

Hi all trying to add Puyo Puyo Tetris on Xbox one to the DB,the problem is after entering all info it says the region is disabled for the system. Can someone enable it for me?

FWIW, it looks like China, Hong Kong, and Australia were added as well
Thanks for the submission. Puyo Puyo Tetris definitely looks like it'll be fun.

I recommend it! Has a sweet survival type mode where it switches between Puyo and Tetris every 30 sec or so and you fight what seems like an endless wave of cpu players. Looks like its available on just about everything right now too! (3DS,Vita,PS3/4,XB1,WIIU)
