I and many of the people at my school wore baggy pants to school.
I can say without a doubt it would be impossible for him to walk with all those weapons and not be extremely noticable.

The rifle/shotgun alone would keep you from walking because you would not be able to bend your leg.
Handguns in the beltline of baggy pants can fallout and/or can be clearly visible thru a shirt.
As for the 5+ handguns in his pocket if you carry a small wallet in your pocket you can see the outline of it.
