Stanislav Janevski would be cool on a copy of Goblet of Fire. Besides that - may get a copy of Back to the Future for Claudia Wells and James Tolkan (though the game wasn't released for the NES in Europe - might have to go computer, or Mega Drive/SMS, or dip into a newer console).

Man, I am waaay out of touch with modern popular culture. Aside from Ernie Hudson and Tolkan, I don't recognize any of the names you've listed. But then, that's what Wikipedia is for...

Another suggestion could be getting Ernie Hudson to sign the PAL-exclusive version of The New Ghostbusters II for NES.
