Perhaps this is far fetched or out of the purpose of this site but here's my idea...

Basically I am proposing group pages for Companies, Individual Developers, Etc. 

Picture this:

You click on Super Mario Bros.

You scroll down to the credits.

You click on Shigeru Miyamoto

You are taken to a page with a bio of Shigeru Miyamoto along with other games he is credited in along with other information.

I realize this would be a completely new direction for the site but just thought I would throw it out there.

What you're describing is exactly the kind of thing I've been trying to design with the website. I've been busy with too many things though to actually put the plan in motion.
