Mmm, the lead up to Christmas. A time when thrifting sucks, but big box stores start having ridiculous sales. On we go!
I picked these up from Disc Replay. Zoda's Revenge wasn't marked, so they gave it to me for $4. I can't say how much of a deal that is, but I won't complain.
This is the stuff I grabbed from Amazon. Games have been weak recently, but I've bought a ton of DVDs recently. It's picked up a bit since I took this picture, but not at levels it was this time last year.
This is my thrift haul. I wasn't lying about the utter suckage of thrifting right now.
This is the stuff I got from Gamestop. Once again, nothing major.
I got this stuff from Walmart. I never realized how low their prices are on preowned games. Zombii U and Tomb Raider were $6.88 a piece and the others were $2 a piece. Walmart also only takes in games that are complete, so I don't have to worry about what shape they'll come in. Ship to store takes forever, but I don't mind waiting a bit for a good deal.
Here's the good stuff. This is everything I got from Black Friday sales. It took over a week for some of the stuff to ship, but I got great deals on everything. Disney Infinity 3.0 was technically the most expensive, but it was $35 at Target and I had a $25 gift card, so I technically only paid $10 for it. This was a pretty good year for video games.
Finally, Target has been putting a ton of stuff on clearance and this has been my haul. The clear winner here is the Assassin's Creed Limited Edition that was only $35. Everything else was $10 or less.
Until next time!
