It's been a while and I haven't bought as many games as I thought I had, but enough to warrant a post...especially when you see the last photo. As usual, everything I picked up is CIB unless noted.

Devil May Cry 3 Dante's Awakening
SOCOM U.S. Navy Seals

Silver gave me an amazing hookup with this complete Mortal Kombat 1 arcade boardset.  Going to fire it up tomorrow if I get enough time on my lunch break.  Seriously amazing deal on this board, this means I can finish my mk1 restore this week.  Can’t thank Silver enough.

Glad I could hook you up!

DOA Ultimate and it's guide came from eBay. As for DOA Xtreme 2, the disc itself came from ShadowKisuragi, while the case and manual, GameStop just sort of gave them to me.

Well, I came across this on President's Day.  Let's just say that the store I got it from wasn't up on their "game" with their pricing. This has to go down as my best find ever. Thirteen more titles for a complete US SMS set to go! Smiley

Nice find!  So what is the way to see if the copy is a U.S. copy?  I heard so much debate about this.

All about that sticker over the bar code.

That's what I thought.  What worries me is how easy it to put a sticker on there.

That is the concern of many people I assure you. For me, the sticker has the appropriate wear and the price was such that buying it was a no brainer, even if it was not correct.  The fact that the seller bought it and was not pushing it at the inflated price also helps me validate it. In other words, neither the seller or reseller knew what they had. The store does eBay look ups, so I don't think any US versions were for sale at the time.

This is one of the 40ish left I need to complete the NA SMS collection.    That factor has me worried.
