Now I know what you are thinking. But we currently track almost every other form of PC Downloads (Steam, GOG.com, etc.)Can we start tracking the Windows Store games for PC? As this distribution is only limited to PC/tablets. I figure we can track these games no? Major retail titles are coming to the platform as well like Tomb Raider, Gears of War etc. Shouldn't we be tracking this?

This can quickly become a grey area as the Windows Store allows, using the Universal Windows Platform, phone games to work on the Windows OS.

Since we are actively not allowing phone games in the DB, I'd say no, but if we were able to only use titles that work ONLY on the PC, it might be possible.

The other possibility would be to sort of merge the different online PC stores (Steam, GOG, Windows, etc.) and have the game page show information about which stores a particular game is available on. Right now, I'm sure there's a ton of overlap.

Here's the problem... we don't allow for Multiple Platforms for a Console. See IBM PC (Windows 3.1/95/98/2000/ME/...), Sony PlayStation Network (PlayStation Classic, PSMini, PS3, PS4, PSVita, PSP), and Windows Store (Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows Phone 7, Windows Phone 8, Windows Phone 8.1, Windows RT). It quickly spins out of control when you have to start having to specify the various different releases, which require specific knowledge of the release. For example, Skulls of the Shogun would have a Windows 8 release and a Windows Phone 8.1 release, because they're not Universal, yet Halo: Spartan Strike (which was updated from non-Universal) would only have 1 release because it's Universal.

IF we can get the ability to specify Platform for a Console, it would be easier to maintain than the headache that is PSN right now... but, there are separate solutions for PSN.
