I don't feel any difference in RT2.

Well then... I think I'd rather play as a sexy secret agent. Wink

And is it just me or is this game harder than Contra? I mean, I'm loving it but damn is it tough! Giving it my best shot.

It's more random than Contra. Enemies come out in standard spots, but sometimes their actions can be more unpredictable it seems.

I think the Stage 5 boss is a set number of enemies, but they just seem to keep coming forever.  I'm actually not sure how I even got through that part.  Blind luck I guess.

I saw you post about the Stage 2 panthers on Twitter, but wanted to respond here so everyone else would see.  I've found that a good way to bypass the panthers is to lure them off the balcony, then jump back up on the balcony and walk past them.  They will jump off the balcony, but they won't jump back up.

Yes, I noticed that, and didn't mention it on Twitter, but you're absolutely right. I've been using that strategy for the panthers, and it works pretty well.

Sorry FatherJack, I was on a "roll" this morning. I somehow always play better while my kids are cheering me on:

What platform are you playing RT2 on, FatherJack? You're screenshots look so nice!

Just a quick question for Metal Slug 3, on Steam I have difficulty settings ranging from Easy to Very Hard. What setting should I use for the competition?  Those setting are: Easy, Medium (which the game defaults to), Hard, and Very Hard.

I'm using an emulator called Fusion364 where you can save screenshots.  Smiley
