Was tempted to put Nintendo but I think Sony have had the best console per generation since at least the ps2 so have to go for them. Was close though

Nintendo, MS, Sony all get one from me Tongue

best hardware/games selection from ps2 onward, region free home consoles from ps3 onward. The biggest complaint I have with them are way they supported the PSP and Vita, but I still prioritise PlayStation over Nintendo and XBox.

If you go for the full body of work (since Atari and Sega were in the poll), you have to go Nintendo.

I think Sony has to be number 2 with Sega at number 3, mostly because I see the strength of Sega mostly in the Genesis and Dreamcast. Calm down, Saturn fans, I know there are some good games there, but they don't typically strike me as I barely have any experience with Saturn.

I seemed to miss this. Probably not hard to guess my vote. I'd put SEGA at #2, and it'd be a toss up for #3.

Sega... after the Master System everything was Sega... well until Final Fantasy VII came out and I had to get a PlayStation... but I did go straight back to Sega with the Dreamcast.

I have a different favourite in each generation, so it's hard to answer this one.

If you asked me a few years ago, the answer might have been simpler. I'm really in love with my Genesis right now, but have my roots on the Atari and NES/SNES and therefore lots of nostalgia bias (most I feel is creditable). Always been a big fan of the PS since I skipped out on the N64 when it came out (other than marrying my wife, the greatest decision I ever made).  Sorry, just can't choose, I love it all.

Aw, my poor Atari only got one vote (me) Sad

I bought a Jaguar and Jag CD when they first came out, and I loved the hell out of it. Don't look at me like that, lots of people bought Jaguars! There are DOZENS of us!

I agree.

I'm the same way.  I loved the NES during the 8-bit era, was a Genesis guy for 16-bit, and my loyalties were split between Saturn and Playstation for 32-bit, though I probably leaned more toward Playstation overall.  Beyond that, I've not been an early adopter of anything, so aside from current gen (where my loyalties lie with Nintendo), I've not really had too much preference.
